If I wake up at night, I can go right back to sleep or don't wake at all

I used to wake up every night at 2 or 3 in the morning and couldn’t go back to sleep. Then I would feel tired the next day. The main thing I’ve noticed after taking Shanti is that I’m sleeping more soundly. And if I wake up at night I can go right back to sleep, or I don’t wake at all. I also feel a lot better during the day, can concentrate and don’t feel as stressed.

I feel calmer - I'm just in a much better mood

I used to feel stressed and tense all the time. I would often get anxious and worried. I decided to try Shanti because I was tired of feeling the way I did. After 5 days I was a lot calmer, felt relaxed and didn’t feel stressed. Instead of being anxious and worrying I feel calmer. I’m just in a much better mood. I really enjoy taking Shanti it’s really helped me a great deal.
